Eng. Asma Makhlouf, Vice President of the New Gulf of Suez Development Authority, followed up with the officials of one of the consultancy offices in charge of preparing the study of checking the boundaries of the site and preparing the general strategic plan for the new Suez city, the work steps, in the presence of officials of the relevant departments of the agency.
Eng. Asma Makhlouf explained that the detailed plan for the first phase regarding coordination work and the study of the most appropriate alternatives proposed for feeding the first stage of water to the new city of Suez with an area of 2000 feddans was discussed, as part of the preparations for starting the implementation of the infrastructure works for the city.
In a related context, Eng. Asma Makhlouf followed up the operation and maintenance of the liquid industrial waste treatment plant at Ataqa, as well as reviewing the treated water exit samples and taking samples for analysis to ensure their conformity with the standard specifications.
