The Algerian youth team, Belouizdad, won a precious victory over its Congolese guest team, Mazembe, with a clean double, in the meeting that brought the two teams together Friday evening at the "July 5" stadium, in the fifth round of the second group, in the group stage of the African Champions League competition for the current season 2020-2021 .
The Belouizdad youth team succeeded in shaking the net of the Mazembe team with two goals within two minutes, as Amir Said, the former Al-Ahly player, opened the goals of the Algerian team in the 84th minute with a strong header that fell to the left of the Congolese team goalkeeper.
Bouchou Youssef added the second goal of JSB Belouizdad in the 86th minute of the match, so that the Algerian team achieved its first victory in the group stage.
Belouizdad rose to the second group standings with 6 points, behind the South African Sun Downs team, the leader with 13 points, which had qualified for the last round, while Mazembe stopped at two points in the fourth and last place, and the tournament is officially deposited.
The Sudanese Hilal, third in Group Two with 4 points, had tied negatively with its guest Sun Downs, earlier in the day.
