Coronavirus is a respiratory disease that most people infected with it have mild symptoms, but the elderly and people who suffer from chronic diseases such as diabetes, cancer, or kidney disease are most likely to develop severe symptoms, and the Corona virus can attack your lungs and heart and can also cause chest pain. Or a burning sensation in your lungs, and according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) persistent pain or pressure in your chest is a sign that you should seek emergency medical care.
And according to a report by the Healthline website, burning in the chest can have many potential causes ranging from mild to life-threatening, so see a doctor right away if your chest pain is severe or accompanied by other worrisome symptoms such as:
Pain that spreads to your back, shoulder, or left arm.
Confusion, difficulty breathing, or loss of consciousness.
Severe pain that starts suddenly.
A burn that gets worse or does not respond to home treatment.
Rapid breathing or a rapid heart rate.
A feeling of pressure or tightness in your chest.
Is heartburn a sign of corona infection?

Some people with corona may experience a burning feeling in the stomach and chest together. Vomiting, acid reflux, and diarrhea may contribute to discomfort in or around the stomach.
