The news agency reported today, Tuesday, that the fifty-first session of the Council of Arab Information Ministers is of special importance, as it discusses a number of issues and topics, most notably the Palestinian issue, which tops the agenda of discussions, the Arab media strategy, and the plan for Arab media action abroad, which aims to strengthen media trends. She explained that the fifty-first session, which is being held at the university's headquarters for the first time since the spread of the Corona pandemic, discusses issues that concern the future of Arab media; Including the adoption of the Media Map Action Program for Sustainable Development, the Arab Committee for Electronic Media, inclusion of the educational media subject “media education” in the Arab educational curricula, and the development of a strategy to deal with major media companies affecting the global digital scene, explaining that Arab information ministers are on the agenda The council will discuss the importance of activating the role of electronic media in confronting the phenomenon of terrorism, and defining the capital of Arab media for the next year.
