Turkey's Chaker to referee the match between Croatia and Spain for the price of the Euro 2020 final

Turkish referee Cüneyt Çakır has been chosen to officiate the Croatia match against Spain, which will be held next Monday at the Parken Stadium in Copenhagen, as part of the European Nations Championship (Euro 2020) price-finals competition.

The refereeing team will be completed by the two Turks, Doran and Tariq Ongon, and the fourth referee will be Sweden's Andreas Ekberg, and Bastian Dankert will be responsible for arbitration via video (VAR).

Thus, Chaker, aged 44 and international referee since 2007, will manage his third match in the current edition of the European Nations Championship, after he took on this task against Hungary-Portugal and Ukraine-Austria.
