Today, Monday, the installations security forces within the Saudi security authorities imposed a complete security cordon around Arafat's site to prevent any violator from entering without an official permit issued by the competent authorities.
The Saudi Press Agency indicated that there are mobile patrols for monitoring and follow-up, ensuring the regularity of those transiting to the holy sites, conforming the regular permits to all health and preventive procedures and requirements, controlling negative phenomena that disturb security and providing all humanitarian and security services to reach a safe pilgrimage in all respects.
The Special Emergency Forces of the Presidency of State Security in the Kingdom also participate in serving the pilgrims and providing supportive security services to them in the holy sites and Makkah Al-Mukarramah, in order to perform their rituals easily and smoothly in accordance with organized and court security plans and procedures... in addition to following up the movement of pilgrims and sending them to Muzdalifah, And supervising their security and safety, and allocating teams to prevent intruders and violators of Hajj regulations from reaching the holy sites.
In this context, the Saudi Ministry of Health called on pilgrims to avoid heat stress during the performance of the Hajj rites resulting from direct exposure to the sun, heat and crowding.
The Ministry called upon the pilgrims to take adequate rest, drink fluids, and use light-coloured sunshades.
