Rain and torrential rain swept a village in Sudan and destroyed 87 houses


The Sudanese authorities said that the village of Al-Tunaidba in the countryside of Al-Mufaza was severely damaged as a result of the heavy rains that fell on Friday, and led to a rush of torrential rain and flooding, as about 87 houses were damaged with varying damage, according to the initial assessment of the emergency committee in the locality, according to the Sudanese news agency SUNA.


Abu Obeida Mustafa, the alternate executive director and head of the Abu Rakhm sector, said that the locality and voluntary organizations are leading joint efforts to support and shelter those affected and provide the necessary assistance to overcome the crisis.
