The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tunisia reaffirms his country's support for the political track in Libya

Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Tunisians Abroad Othman Al-Jarndi reiterated his country's support for the political track in sisterly Libya, expressing satisfaction with the dynamism witnessed by Tunisian-Libyan relations recently, especially through the exchange of visits between senior officials, the return of commercial traffic and the resumption of flights between the two countries.

A statement by the Tunisian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that this came during a phone call made by Al-Jarandi, today, Sunday, with the Libyan Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Najla Al-Manqoush, indicating that the contact falls within the framework of coordinating positions between the two countries on a number of regional and international issues of common interest, especially those Which will be presented on the agenda of the meeting of Arab foreign ministers to be held next week.

On the other hand, the statement indicated that the two ministers stressed the importance of good preparation for the upcoming bilateral benefits, foremost of which is the meeting of the Preparatory Committee for the Tunisian-Libyan Joint Higher Committee at the level of the foreign ministers of the two countries.
